Halidon Trading Limited is a wholly Ghanaian owned company first established as a sole proprietorship on December 5^th 2012.  The company was incorporated on 23^rd January 2018, to acquire and take over as a going concern, the business then being carried on under the name and style of Halidon Trading, registered under the Registration of Business Names ACT 1962 (No.151) as No. BN214512012.
