CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr Romeo Ofori-Debrah is a director and shareholder of Halidon Company Limited. He holds 50% stake in the company and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has extensive experience ranging from banking to trading, working in two international Banks for over 15 years and also with Tradenet Investment Limited. His vast experience is an asset to the company and has guided it through many obstacles. In the future, this expertise is going to be crucial as the company seeks to expand its operations and frontiers.
BOARD CHAIRMAN
Marvellous has extensive experience in trading of fast moving consumer goods (FMCGs), Free Zones Enterprise operations and an astute entrepreneurial eye for market and product analysis. His enormous experience in these fields adds to the rich bench of Halidon Company Limited. He has over twenty (20) years of experience in the field and has consistently stayed abreast with market trends. As the Board Chairman with 50% Shareholding, his knowledge in markets and products comes to the fore in policy direction for the company.
HEAD, AMIN & HUMAN RESOURCE
Dorcas has been a resource person for over twenty years and has extensive experience in Human Resource Managemnt and administrative functions. His experience over the years are valuable assets for the company and as a director she disposes her functions with finesse and agility.
GENERAL MANAGER - LOGISTICS/WAREHOUSE
Foster is the Warehouse and Logistics Manager of the company and has operated within this sector for fifteen years. He is a director of the company and possess extraordinary capacity for work and ensuring product and truck movements are properly aligned to ensure safety, timely delivery and reports.
